These are my current birth and post-partum offerings. I am open to flexibility depending on the level of support you feel you would like me to provide.

Pregnancy, birth and post-partum offerings:

Grounded

A warm, supportive guidance through your journey, uncovering the primal woman within, followed by gentle post-partum care.

Included in this package:

4 x 2hr antenatal sessions consisting of previous birth diving/exploration, birth and post-partum preparation
Signposting to services and information to allow you to have a truly informed experience
Access to my personal borrowing library of birth related books
As your birthkeeper, I am call for you from 38 weeks until your babe arrives earth-side. I recognize that birth is not linear and not all babies will be born by 42 weeks!
Attendance at your birth and first few golden hours after babe is Earthside.
Ongoing support via message/whatsapp/call throughout the entirety of your pregnancy and first 6 weeks post-partum.
5 x 3hr post-natal care sessions, gently cherishing you for the first week after you welcome your babe
One final farewell visit at the end of your first 40 days (around 6 weeks after birth)

Honoured

This is my most abundant offering, where I invite you to embark on your journey through matrescence with unwavering support and full post-partum honouring.

This package includes everything that Grounded offers, as well as:

Help with planning/hosting a nesting party in the third trimester, to ready for babies arrival and your post-partum period
1 extra 2hr pre-natal session to arrange and cook nourishment to freeze, in the comfort of your home, that will support you through your post-partum transition
Ongoing breastfeeding support/advice for your first year post-partum; bridging a gap where it can sometimes feel difficult to get a support when baby is no longer newborn!
Extended post-natal care sessions consisting of 12 (instead of 5) x 3hrs, where your recovery and nourishment are centered for 3 weeks post-natally. These sessions can be arranged to suit your individual needs
Lifetime access to my personal Faithful Birthkeeping whatsapp group where we talk all things babies,, breastfeeding, relationships, mothering and birth!

Post-partum offerings:

Honouring the post-natal period is one of my core values as a birthkeeper. In our sessions, we will nourish and aid the healing of your newly transformed body, whilst promoting rest and bonding with your new babe. In this time you will be cared for to allow total surrender to the sacredness of post-partum.

I honour your transformation by hearing your birth story and debriefing on any feelings and emotions surrounding your experience, preparing you nutritious and easily digestible meals, breastfeeding support, holding space for you while you shower, light body and rebozo work, light household tasks and helping with siblings. My normal routine of post-partum care will include morning visits around 8am-11am. At 6 weeks post-partum, I also include a visit finalising your post-partum care with me.

I offer two main packages for post-partum providing the same care, with different depths of support:

Held

This package is for the mother who only requires subtle, gentle support and has access to extra support past the first week of post-partum.

This package is made up of:

2 x 2 hr pre-natal sessions where we will plan for your post-partum period, including freezer meal prep if requested
5 x 3 hr sessions of care starting the day after your baby arrives (or on your return
home if staying in hospital) continuing for 4 days
One final farewell visit at the end of your first 40 days (around 6 weeks after birth)

Allow me to hold space and nourish you while you embark on this magical post-partum time with your new babe.

Nurtured

This is my most abundant post-partum offering for the first 3 weeks after the arrival of your new babe, protecting the rebirth of the mother during matrescence.

This package consists of everything Held contains, as well as:

An extra 2 hr pre-natal session, where we will prioritise getting your home ready for baby's arrival (e.g. freezer food prep, nesting cleaning, appointment arranging)
Ongoing breastfeeding support/advice for your first year post-partum; bridging a gap where it can sometimes feel difficult to get a support when baby is no longer newborn!
Extended post-natal care sessions consisting of 12 (instead of 5) x 3 hr of care, starting the day after your baby arrives (or on your return home if staying in hospital) with an ongoing plan to care for you for 10 days over 2 weeks, finishing with 2 days on the 3rd week.

This wrap around, intimate care is for the mother who wants to be truly nurtured while she nurtures the soul of her new baby.

As well as my packages above, I offer separate post-partum support at a rate of £40 per hour (bookable in 3 hour blocks minimum). This support can be added onto any of the packages above or used entirely separately. Support offered is centered and tailored to your individual needs.
